Rửa sạch củ khoai lang, chẻ đôi những củ thon dài theo chiều dọc. Cho khoai lang vào xửng hấp, đậy kín nắp vung lại, đun sôi khoảng 30 phút cho khoai lang hấp chín.

Cho khoai lang hấp chín ra mặt phẳng, dùng muỗng nạo bớt phần ruột khoai lang (vẫn giữ lại một ít khoai lang cùng vỏ khoai để làm khuôn). Dùng muỗng nghiền mịn ruột khoai lang, trộn cùng với 100g phô mai, 2g sữa đặc, 150ml sữa tươi, 10g bơ thành hỗn hợp sền sệt.

Múc hỗn hợp khoai lang vừa trộn vào các khuôn khoai lang đã chuẩn bị trước, đặt chúng vào lò nướng ở 200 độ C trong khoảng 10 phút là được.
