Món ăn thanh mát cho ngày nắng nóng! Những miếng thịt gà mềm giòn ngấm gia vị chua cay mặn ngọt, những miếng rau thơm tươi mát, hòa quyện thành 1 món ăn, 1 món nhậu rất tuyệt cho gia đình.
Thịt gà rửa sạch. Bắc nồi nước lên bếp cho thịt gà vào và luộc chín.
Hành tây cắt lát 0.5cm. Ngâm hành với nước sôi trong khoảng 10 phút cho hết hăng, đến khi hành hơi đổi màu trong, vẫn giữ được độ giòn. Có thể sử dụng nước luộc gà.
Vớt hành để ráo nước. Rau xà lách, rau răm, ngò rí làm sạch, ngâm nước muối 15 phút.
Gà chín, bỏ tủ đá khoảng 15 phút. Xé nhỏ, có thể dùng kéo cắt.
Thêm 2 muỗng cà phê hạt nêm, nướt cốt 1 trái chanh, 2 muỗng cà phê đường, ớt trái cắt nhỏ. Bóp đều cho gà ngấm gia vị. Nêm gia vị thêm cho hợp khẩu vị.
Thêm hành tây, các loại rau thơm trộn đều cùng gà đã ngấm gia vị. Lưu ý trộn nhẹ tay tránh nát hành và rau thơm.
