Trộn bột agar với đường cát, hòa tan cùng 1.2 lít nước lọc, ngâm khoảng 10 phút rồi bắt lên bếp nấu. Khi nước thạch sôi lên thì vớt hết bọt cho nước thạch trong, liên tục khuấy đều để thạch và đường hòa tan.
Múc nước thạch ra tô rồi cho sữa tươi vào khuấy cho sữa hòa quyện vào thạch thành hỗn hợp thạch sữa màu trắng.
Múc thạch sữa vào 1/3 khuôn để cho nguội bớt.
Cắt trái thanh long đỏ thành những khoanh tròn dày khoảng 1.5 cm, bán kính nhỏ hơn khuôn, rồi đặt miếng thanh long vào giữa khuôn khi lớp thạch sữa đã se mặt.
Tiếp tục đổ thạch sữa vào cho đến khi đầy khuôn. Để thạch nguội hẳn rồi cất vào tủ lạnh dùng dần.
Chỉ cần 30 phút thực hiện bạn đã có những chiếc bánh trung thu rau câu sữa ngọt ngào, nhân thanh long đỏ lịm, đẹp xinh với vị thơm ngon, mát lành chắc chắn ai cũng thích.
